Schedule a link or set a click limit

Temporary URL settings let an eligible short link work within a date range or for a limited number of clicks. Review the expiry behavior before using the link in a campaign.

How do I configure availability?

  1. Open the link editor and expand Temporary URL.
  2. Enable Schedule if you want to control the dates on which the link works.
  3. Set the start and end values carefully. Check your account timezone and the dates shown by the form.
  4. Enter a Clicks limit only when you want a limited number of clicks.
  5. Set an Expiration URL if visitors should be sent to a particular address after the main link expires.
  6. Save, then test the public link and confirm that its enabled switch is also on.

What should I use as the expiration destination?

Choose a working page explaining that the offer has ended, showing an alternative, or giving contact information. Without an intentional expiry destination, visitors may not reach a useful follow-up page.

Why did the link stop working earlier than expected?

Review both the schedule and click limit, since either can affect availability. Testing the public link can contribute clicks, and time display depends on the selected timezone. Also check whether someone disabled the resource or changed a targeting rule.
