Start by opening the public address and identifying the exact result: a missing page, an unexpected redirect, missing content, or a failed external destination.
The public link is unavailable
Confirm the spelling and current alias, check that the resource is enabled, and review schedule, click-limit, and expiration settings. If a filtered list appears empty, clear its filters and check the account or team context. A saved editing address is not the public URL to share.
My bio page redirects instead of showing its blocks
Open Settings → Advanced and check Leap Link URL. When filled in, it redirects visitors away from the page. Also review any splash page. Leave the leap-link field empty when you want the bio-page content to display.
The destination is wrong or keeps changing
Review the primary destination, targeting rules, A/B rotation, and expiration URL. Test the correct visitor conditions. If a permanent redirect was used, test in a fresh browser session to reduce confusion from a cached redirect.
A block, image, or video is missing
Check the block’s enabled switch, saved settings, and display rules. Confirm that an uploaded file fits the accepted format and size. For an embed, verify that its source is public and permits embedding. Remove a recent custom-code change if it disrupted the page.
The link opens a password, warning, or splash page
Those can be intentional protection or presentation settings. Review the relevant controls before treating them as an error. Test from a fresh browser session to see the first-visit behavior.
What should I send support?
Provide the public URL, what you expected, what actually happened, the approximate time, and a redacted screenshot of the error. State whether it affects a phone, desktop, or both. Follow Contact support for the full checklist.
