Use a Product or Service block when your bio page should present a paid offer. Configure your own payment processor first and test how a customer moves from the offer to payment and delivery.
How do I set up the offer?
- Create and configure a supported payment processor.
- Open the bio page, select Add block, and choose Product or Service.
- Complete the initial form, then expand the block in Blocks for its full settings.
- Add an accurate name, description, and any image or file fields provided for that block. Set the price, currency, and intended processor using the available controls.
- Review any delivery, confirmation, notification, and display settings. State what the customer receives and how to contact you.
- Save, open the public page, and verify the offer and checkout flow. Use a supported test environment when testing payments.
What should I explain to customers?
Describe the item or service, what is included, any delivery arrangements, and the support route. Make sure the price and currency match the payment flow. Do not describe an order as automatically delivered unless you have configured and verified that behavior.
What if the purchase happens on another website?
Use an External product block or an ordinary Link block to send visitors to the external store. That store handles its own checkout and order records. It is a different workflow from collecting payment through a configured URLin.bio payment block.
How do I know a payment succeeded?
Check Sales and the payment provider’s record. A visitor reaching a checkout page or clicking a buy button is not proof of a completed payment.
