Find and manage form submissions

The Data area stores information collected by supported biolink blocks. A stored submission and a notification about that submission are separate results.

Where can I find submissions?

  1. Open Data from the main navigation.
  2. Identify the submission using its data, associated biolink block, and type.
  3. Use the available search, filter, sort, or row actions to review the information you need.
  4. If an export action is available on your plan, use it only for the intended records and store the downloaded data securely.

Why is a submission missing?

Confirm you are signed in to the right account or team workspace, then check filters and the block used for the test. A form must be saved, enabled, and successfully submitted. Opening the page or selecting its button without completing the form does not create a valid submission.

Why was data saved but no alert received?

Review Data collection → Notifications on the block. Confirm that the selected handler exists and works, and that an email recipient has completed validation. Test the handler before assuming the stored submission failed.

How should I handle collected details?

Use submissions for the purpose explained to the visitor. Limit who can access exported files, avoid public screenshots of names, emails, phone numbers, or messages, and remove records only when you understand the effect of the available action.
