Share the public URL of your bio page, not its dashboard editing address. The public address is shown beside “Your link is” in the page editor.
How do I share the correct address?
- Open the biolink page and copy its public URL using the copy control.
- Open that address in a separate browser window to check the visitor experience.
- Paste it into the website or links field provided by your social profile. Save the profile change.
- Open your public social profile and select the link to confirm it reaches the intended page.
- For a business card, poster, or packaging, create and test a QR code that opens the same public address.
What address should I avoid sharing?
An address such as urlin.bio/link/... belongs to the editing workspace. The visitor address uses your page’s public ending. Do not share editor-preview URLs, private account screens, or password-reset links.
How can I make sharing easier?
The page’s Advanced settings include an option to enable a share button. A Share block is another option available in the block library. Use SEO and Open Graph settings to describe the page when it is shared.
What if I want visitors to go straight to another site?
Use a shortened link for a redirect. A biolink’s Leap Link URL, when available and filled in, sends visitors away from the bio page. Leave it empty when you want people to see your blocks.
