Use the Blocks tab to maintain the content on a biolink page. You can hide a block when you want to stop displaying it without removing its saved content.
How do I add or edit a block?
- Open the biolink page from Biolink pages.
- Select Add block, search for a block type, and complete the initial form.
- Select Create block. In Blocks, expand the new block to finish its settings.
- Review content, customization, and display sections provided for that block. Select its Update button after editing.
- Open the public page and test the result.
How do I change the order?
Use the reorder or drag handle on the block list to move a block into the intended position. Check the preview and public page afterwards. Place your introduction and most important action first; move secondary details or large embeds lower down.
How do I hide a block?
Use the enabled switch beside that block in the Blocks list. This changes the block’s visibility rather than switching off the entire page. Re-enable it when you want it to appear again. If a block also has display rules or scheduling, those conditions can affect visibility.
Why is a saved block not visible?
Check the block switch, the page switch, any display settings, and whether you saved the correct block. Open the public address rather than an old editor preview. For embedded media, also check that the source content is public and allows embedding.
