Two-factor authentication adds an authenticator-app verification step to your URLin.bio sign-in. Keep access to the email address and authenticator you use with the account.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
- Sign in and open Account.
- Find Two-factor authentication and choose Yes for Enable Two-factor authentication.
- Follow the setup instructions displayed by URLin.bio to add the account to your authenticator app. Keep any setup information private.
- Complete any verification requested on the screen, then select Update to save the account settings.
- Confirm that the account shows two-factor authentication enabled. Make sure the authenticator is available before signing out or changing phones.
Why is an authenticator code rejected?
Use the code for the correct URLin.bio account, enter the newest code before it changes, and check that your phone’s date and time are set automatically. Do not repeatedly reuse an expired code.
What if I lose access to the authenticator?
Keep any recovery information provided during setup in a secure place. If you cannot complete sign-in, contact URLin.bio support for the available recovery process. A password reset should not be assumed to remove the second authentication step.
