Connect a payment processor for your bio page

A payment processor connects your own supported payment account to payment features on a bio page. This is separate from the checkout used to buy a URLin.bio plan.

How do I add a processor?

  1. Open Payment processors and select Add payment processor.
  2. Give it a recognizable name and choose the provider.
  3. Select Create to open its configuration form.
  4. Complete the credentials and settings requested for that provider. The form can include Mode, client or public identifiers, secret keys, webhook settings, or offline instructions.
  5. Use the provider’s appropriate test or live environment consistently. Copy any callback or webhook address from the processor configuration instructions and use the exact address shown.
  6. Save, then select the processor in the appropriate payment block and test the complete flow before relying on it for customers.

Which providers are available?

The current create screen lists PayPal, Stripe, Crypto.com, Razorpay, Paystack, Mollie, Plisio, and Offline payment. Use the provider choices and fields shown in your account, and check that your own provider account can accept the intended payments.

Where should I enter secret keys?

Only in the private processor configuration field intended for them. Do not place secret keys in a bio page, Custom HTML, JavaScript, a product description, or a public support screenshot. A publishable identifier and a secret key are not interchangeable.

Does connecting a processor make a product ready to sell?

No. Configure the Product or Service block, its price and currency, processor selection, delivery details, and customer-facing wording. Review Sales after a payment and confirm its real status.
