Use the Seo section to describe your bio page to search engines and link-preview services. These settings help describe the page; they do not guarantee rankings or immediate changes to cached previews.
How do I update SEO settings?
- Open the biolink page and select Settings → Seo.
- Review Block search engine indexing. For a public page you want discovered, leave blocking off if your plan permits indexing.
- Write a unique Page title that identifies you or your business and the purpose of the page.
- Write a useful Meta description summarizing the page’s actual content and main action.
- Upload an Opengraph image if wanted, using the formats and size shown in the field. Choose the page’s actual Language.
- Select Update, then check the public page and a shared-link preview.
What should I write?
A useful example title is “Green Corner | Indoor Plants and Local Delivery.” A matching description could explain the shop’s real services and point visitors to its catalog. Use your own accurate details. Give different pages different titles instead of repeating a list of keywords.
What about headings and meta keywords?
Add a clear visible Heading block and descriptive link labels so visitors can understand the page itself. The Meta keywords field is not a substitute for useful content, an accurate title, or a clear description. Avoid filling it with unrelated phrases.
Why is the old social preview still showing?
Social networks and messaging apps can cache a title or image. First confirm that you saved the right page and shared its current public URL. A cached preview can take time to refresh. Password protection, a splash page, or a leap link can also change what a preview service can see.
