Create an email signature containing your identity, contact details, and public links. Keep it concise enough to remain readable in common email clients.
How do I create a signature?
- Open Signatures and select Create signature.
- Enter a name for the saved signature and select Create.
- In the editor, choose an available template and text direction.
- Add the relevant name, job title, department, company, email, website, phone, and social details. Review any image, sign-off, address, or disclaimer fields you need.
- Adjust the available font, width, image, separator, and color controls, then save.
- Use the editor’s copy or export controls to place the result in your email app’s signature settings. Send yourself a test message and check it on desktop and mobile.
Which URL should I include?
Use your public bio-page address or another intended public destination. Do not insert a dashboard editing URL. Check every website, phone, and social action in the received test email.
Why does it look different in my email app?
Email clients handle formatting and remote images differently. Paste into the app’s signature editor using its supported formatting mode, keep the layout simple, and test a received message. A preview inside URLin.bio does not guarantee identical rendering in every recipient’s email software.
