Create a team and invite collaborators

Teams lets you collaborate without sharing your own account password. Team creation and access depend on your account allowance and the permissions assigned to each member.

How do I create a team?

  1. Open the account menu and select Teams to reach Teams system.
  2. Choose My teams, then Create team.
  3. Enter a descriptive name and create the team.
  4. Open the team’s management screen to review its members and the actions available to you.

How do I invite someone?

Use the team’s member-invitation or add-member action, enter the intended user’s email, and select the access permissions provided. Check the email and permissions before sending the invitation. Give each collaborator only the access needed for their work, then have them complete the invitation process using their own account.

How do I find a team I joined?

Return to Teams system and choose Teams’ member. Review the teams you were invited to or have joined. Check the selected team context before editing resources; access to one team does not establish access to another account’s resources.

Why is a resource or action missing?

Check the signed-in account, team membership, assigned permissions, and the owner’s plan allowance. Contact the team owner when you need an access change. Do not use a shared password as a workaround for missing permissions.
