A redeem code applies an eligible plan to your account. It is different from a discount code entered during checkout.
How do I redeem my code?
- Sign in to the account that should receive the plan.
- Open your account menu and select Plan to review your current plan first.
- Select Redeem code in the account navigation, or open Redeem code.
- Select the plan associated with your code, then paste the code exactly as supplied.
- Read the notice about replacing your current plan. Submit only when the selected plan is the one you intend to use.
- Return to Plan and confirm the resulting plan and end date.
Will this replace my existing plan?
The redemption screen warns that redeeming a different plan overwrites your current plan. Do not assume a code will extend an existing subscription, add to its remaining time, or stack with another offer. Ask URLin.bio support before submitting if you are unsure how your code should be applied.
Why is my code rejected?
Check for extra spaces, a mismatched plan, an expired offer, or a code already used. If you were given a checkout discount instead, follow Apply a discount code. Include the displayed error when contacting support, but do not post your unused code publicly.
