The Referrals screen separates referral activity from commission balances. Review the rate and withdrawal conditions displayed for your own account.
What do the balances mean?
- Referrals: referral activity recorded for the account.
- Paying referrals: referred customers associated with payments.
- Pending commissions: amounts that have not yet moved into the approved balance.
- Approved commissions: the approved balance shown by the platform.
How do I request a withdrawal?
- Open Referrals and review the approved balance.
- Read the minimum threshold and payment details requested in the Withdraw section.
- Enter an eligible amount and the requested payout information.
- Check the recipient details carefully before submitting. The screen warns that submitted PayPal details cannot be modified afterwards.
- Retain the request information and contact support if you need to ask about its status.
Why does a shared link not show a commission?
A click is not the same as an eligible completed payment. Check that you shared your own referral link, then compare the pending and approved balances. Do not promise a particular approval or payment schedule unless it is stated in the current program conditions.
